Our Purpose

Our purpose is Threefold:
To celebrate the artistic spirit and to recognize its ability to overcome all manner of barriers, such as homelessness, poverty, and illness...
To build a community event utilizing the voluntary passions of that community, eschewing traditional external funding sources and other modes of "paid altruism"...
To bring together people and art representing a wide variety of backgrounds and origins - in other words, to assemble folks who likely would not otherwise have the opportunity to meet in a setting to which they would likely not otherwise have experience have been exposed.
